Research On New Method To Confirm Average Expense Of The Port Facilities And Development Of The Application System

The average operation (or process, service) expenses of the port facilities is point to the cost which were cost by the port facilities when they were operating or do some servicing per tone of the cargo. This data is very important in the port daily produce management. But there is a big error between the true data and the data gotten by the present methods. That is because these methods are studied from the structure of the systems, but as to these unknown systems, such as the relation systems between the facilities' working tones and the fees, these methods is unavailable.As we know when studying the black-box system, which factors and structure are not very clear, these is a special black-box method. Black-box method is studying the dynamic relations of the input and output of the system to got the structure of the system instead of the studying the structure of the system directly. This thesis is on the base of the black-box methods, and look on the relation systems between the facilities' working tones and the fees as the black-box system, look on the tones of the facilities as the input of the system, look on the fees of the facilities as the output of the system. Then make a long time recording of each facility. From the results of the recording the thesis build a calculable model, and calculate it.When calculating the calculable model, I found the model is very suit to be calculated by the Least Square Method. By this characteristic I program an application software to give convenience for the use of the port manager.
