The Study Of Water Rate Collection MIS For IC Card Water Meter

This article emphasizes the analysis and design and study of water rate collection MIS for IC card water meter. Firstly, based on the developed principle and method of MIS and computer network technique, by the means of the structural system analysis, the paper analyses the system thoroughly, draws the detailed data flow diagram and organizes the data dictionary. Further, the article contains the network system design, database design, systemic structural module chart design and the applied program design during the system design so as to make it possible for realizing the water rate collection MIS. Moreover, the system is good at interface, reliable in performance and simple by use. Finally, by investigating the safe protecting of management information system, this dissertation bring forwards the safe measure of water rate collection MIS for IC card water meter, which ensures that this system could be implemented successfully. This paper provides a feasible model for the management work in water rate collection field developing towards modernization scientifically.
