Research And Design Of Prepayment Water Meter Based On Intelligent Card

In order to adapt the reform of the nation system of water supply,studying and making use of the modern intelligence technique to realizethe automatic supervision of the water supply, lightening the fundspressure because of"supply water first behind charge " of the departmentsupplying water ,reducing the trouble and dispute of copying the formand charging monthly, using the modern science technique change thecurrent administration structure of using water and water supply industryis imperative under the situation. The application of intelligent watermeter not only improves work efficiency of the department supplyingwater and realizes using water electronically but also creates a conditionfor using water frugally and rationally. Because of thesecharacteristics ,intelligent water meter obtained more and morewidespread application.This thesis takes intelligent water-meter system based on IC card asthe research object, and application and the development of the lowpower msp430 microcontroller in the intelligence instrument is discussedin detail. According to the characteristics of intelligent water meter, inview of the existing problem of Intelligent water meter, we researched adesign proposal of intelligent water meter based on intelligent card. Thisplan uses the low power microcontroller technology, selected the newestpromoted msp430 of TI company, completed the prototypicalmanufacture and software programming of intelligent water meter. It hascharacteristic of stable,secure and low power.In the software and hardware design of controller ,we introduced thehardware structure of controller, formulated the method of storage anddistribution of secret key. It ensures the security of data transfers.The prototypical experiment and the actual application indicates thatthe intelligent water meter has some advantage of perfect function,exactmeasurement and reliable communication.
