The quantitative analysis and general rule analysis are applied to analyze the questions about bearing bush abrasion of No.7 unit of Baotou No.2 Power Plant in this thesis. The analysis results are useful to direct the maintenance man to improve the security of unit. The quantitative analyses of three lubricating oil wedge bearing are contributive to understand the dynamics performance of three lubricating oil wedge bearing with horizontal combine surface.The priman research contents of the thesis and its contributions are as followed:1. The bearing and bearing bush abrasion research situation are simply summarized. Many factors those can bring on the bearing bush abrasion are analyzed. The analysis results and the successful bearing changing experiences suggest to change the No.5 bearing of the No.7 unit of Baotou No.2 Power Plant to be a elliptical bearing.2. The numerical calculating based on Reynolds Equation are carried out with the help of computer program built by Bearing Research Institute of Xi'an Jiaotong University. The calculating results indicated that three lubricating oil wedge bearing with an end-to-end through gap between the horizontal combine surfaces will not be unsteady factor when the bearing load no change. But the horizontal oil film rigidity will reduce and the working position of axle journal in the bearing will change.3. The detailed researches on the bearing elevation for bearing working are earned out. The methods for analyzing bearing elevation and for adjusting bearing elevation are presented. Those can be the theory basic for directing the unit examine and repair in power plane.4.
