On the basis of basic theory of balancing correction system and common dynamic character of bearing system, a bearing system with high precision and sensitivity and suitable for small rotor as well, namely air- bearing system is put forward in this thesis. After experimental research on this system and error analysis on the experimental data, it has been proved to be applicable and valuable. The contents of this thesis are listed as follows:In the first chapter, the development overview of the dynamic balancing technology, both in China and abroad, the present research level and the future research trends are firstly discussed. Then after the discussion of research purpose of dynamic balancing technology and in context of the project background, the research goal and major contents of this thesis are explained.In the second chapter, the theoretical basis of dynamic balancing technology is mainly discussed. A comparison between two different working mechanisms of bearing system is made and their respective performance characters of these two systems are summarized.In the third chapter, an air-bearing system is put forward, which has high precision and sensitivity and is suitable for small rotor as well. Then the structure design of the whole system is briefly introduced. After the theoretical basis of air-bearing system, the design of air static pressure bearing and the technology of key accessory are stated. At last, the capable character of air-bearing system is analysed from the theory.In the fourth chapter, a testing theory as to the amunt of unbalance of measuring system is discussed. Firstly, the distill of amount of unbalance , computation theory and proving rotor are discussed. Secondly, the collection of the signals, the data processing, the data adjustment and the selection of primary hardware are introduced.In the fifth chapter, the testing result of air-bearing system is analyzed and the theoretical error and technical error are discussed. Meanwhile, the conclusion as to the experiment is made. From the test, the air-bearing system is capable.In the sixth chapter, the final conclusion is made and the prospect to the work in the future is proposed.
