With the appearance of high strength concrete high tensile steel wire and cable,the cable-stayed bridge is more and more widely used and popular. It unites three diversely bearing structure style,compression tower tension cable and bending press beam,into one bridge style. Its one important characteristic is the highly coupling between construction and design. And also with the extension of its span,more importance is attached to the construction control of cable-stayed bridge.On the basis of the analysis of the construction control technique for concrete cable-stayed bridge,with the idea of self-adapting control,this paper established one plane finite element analysis model aiming one real bridge,and made emulating calculation and put forward one complete control program,collected relative data in each construction procedure and corrected the program.According to optimization theory,one math model was made with the aim to the minimization of the maximal stress and error between design cable stresses and calculation value,subjected to the top displacement of tower,and then one algorithm for realizing the construction cable stresses is gained.Further more,with the reference of testing information,the paper analyzed the traveler construction technique,obtained the guy rope stress and the front-end bottom mark of traveler for each step.Using FEM theory and large general-purpose program ANSYS,the paper discussed the cable-stayed bridge space stress characteristic and the relationship between several main design parameters.
