The exploitation and utilization of energy resources have close relation with the development of social productivity, technological advance and improvement of human living standard. With the decrease of the fossil energy, the improvement of mankind energy demand year by year. The renewable energy resources make it important. The application of biogas technology is a valid method of treatments the energy crisis. It is not only fully and reasonably used of the industrial and agricultural wastes, develop lastly and steady the farm production; but also protecting and improving the ecological environment and the ecological balance. Most of important, it can save a large quantity of conventional energy for industry production.The biogas technique is a valid method that diminishing and degrading organic pollution, at the same time, it is a biological treatment process that can restore energy sources. At present, biogas technique has been extensive used in our countryside. The dissertation is about to the research on the official biogas fermentation of installation. The design has many virtues such as simple construction, easy operation and management, fine air tightness and high gas yield of material. We take carbon steel as the material, the quadr-perisporium is made of the sheet steel, the top and bottom are used by heat rolling thick steel plate. So the period of building and execution biogas fermentation system will get short. Neither needshigh technology on building, nor needs delicate execution. At the same time, this way resolves the problem of air leakage. Because of wide market in our countryside, there is large potential for commodity. To select carbon steel avails to the batch production in plants.After the fabrication of the installation, we need conduct running test, on the hand detecting the stability of fermentation system, on the other hand, researching varieties of influencing factors. Then we will find the relation between gas yield of material and every factor. According to test results, we have analysised directly, obtained an ordering to difference of outstanding characteristics. So we conclude a few salient factors and design an orthogonal experiment. These factors include fermentation temperature, concentration and detained period. Every factor is devided into three levels in the course of experiment. At last, we have drew a conclusion that the fermentation temperature has the most notable influence to the gas yield of material in the light of analysis of variance, concentration has more striking to it, detained period has hardly marked effect. The design, fabrication and usage trial of installation will provide a valid pathway for the development of biogas technique. For a new household methane fermentation system, it can settle problems such as, the complex course of building, the longer execution period, inconvenience on the installation and administration, and so on. Meanwhile, the biogas technique can bring about energy benefit, environment benefit, economic effect and social benefit, it has assumed a large development potential in our country.
