In order to solve the problem of standardization, high efficiency and scientific evaluation of fermentation materials for biogas engineering, the following raw materials are: cassava slag, smashed corn stalk, silaged corn stalk, steam blasting treated corn stalk,NaOH treated wheat stalk, smash After the corn cob,the methanogenic potential experiment was carried out.According to the experimental results of gas production and degradation, the first-order,Modified First-order and Gompertz models were used for analysis and fitting to obtain the methanogenic potential of the material, and the degradation power was obtained.Learning parameters.Comparing the methanogenic potential of the material with the kinetic parameters of methane production between the materials, the difference in gas production between the materials obtained by different pretreatment methods is obtained, and the suitable biogas fermentation raw materials are found, thereby improving the screening materials of the biogas engineering.Evaluate efficiency.Among the selected materials, silage corn stover is the most ideal raw material for biogas anaerobic fermentation. The comminuted corn cob is second to none, but at a higher cost. The anaerobic fermentation of wheat straw treated with NaOH was better, but the accumulation of NaOH contained in the treated material had a greater impact on the stability and ion concentration of anaerobic fermentation pH.Only the smashed corn stalk is more difficult to degrade, and the gas production effect is general. The blasting treatment of corn stover contains harmful substances that affect anaerobic fermentation. The starchy raw material cassava slag is easy to acidify during anaerobic fermentation. If it is properly controlled,it is still important as raw material for biogas fermentation.
