The thesis includes two parties:research on 2KW multi-function AC excitation power and study on high voltage high power (HH) DC/DC full-bridge converter.1. To offer excitation power for aviation synchronous motor,it necessary to find an optimum excitation scheme by experiment. In this thesis,all kinds of SPWM control styles for inverters are studied,witch is the base for researching and developing a 2KW multi-function AC excitation power successfully. The power includes the following characters:being able to output signal-pole,double-pole and multi-pole SPWM waves;being able to output square wave;being able to modulate frequency and modulate output voltage range.2. With the development of cities' construction,the undergrounds and light-rails are build more and more fast,so research on HH DC/DC converter,as the auxiliary power for engine,seems more and more important. In this thesis,the tradition Phase-shift full-bridge ZVS DC/DC converter are analyzed,and then a new DC/DC full-bridge converter employing switches clamping in secondary side of transformer is proposed,and the converter employing saturable inductor clamping are studied,and ZVS (Zero-Voltage-Switching) can be easily achieve by experiment validate. To reduce the EMI,reverse reset of the diode are studied,and design way about spike-killers and saturable inductors witch can suppress voltage and current spikes are showed. In this thesis,A transformer clamping full-bridge DC/DC converter is presented to salve the high input voltage. In this chapter,the operating principle is analyzed and experimental results have been showed on the 2KW converter.
