The paper discusses the questions in operating and training of existent theodolite, and devises an emulational system of training theodolite operator through studying the space-relation between object and theodolite during the objective acutual tracking process.The system is founded two dimension-three dimension spacial coordinate -transform model, and polyfit fight track in basis on the method of subsection cubic spline, and put forword the control method of separating size and direction from speed, realized the all-real simulation of objective flight state.The trainer can input objective position parameter and the characteristic points of objective flight track. The actual - operating parameter (level angle, pitching angle, speed etc) of theodolite are measured by code check of theodolite, and sent to computer by the interface. The emulational software can gave objective off-axis quantity in field of view, and objective spacial position after dealing with theorical flight track and actual operation parameter of theodolite, and compose a emulational image, which is displayed on telescope by LCD to feed back observational effect for operator and on computer screen to monitor by trainer.The emulational experiment above-mentioned is performed in the lab using Delphi language as soft develop tool, using singlechip system as simulative generator and using RS-232 as interface between singlechip and computer. The experimental result indicates that the method is logical, convenient and realistic.
