The Overhead Catenary System is one of the power-supplying equipment for electrified railway, it is also one of the equipment which are apt to induce disorders of power-supplying of the electrical locomotive. To ensure that the electrical locomotive would operate safely, it is important to inspect the Overhead Catenary line periodically and keep Catenary System in good condition.At present, the Catenary Testing Car is an intelligent testing equipment in electrified railway. The data sampling & processing system , including the Real-time Testing System and the Postmortem Processing System, tests the geometrical and the electrical parameters of the Catenary System through microcomputer. In Real-time Testing System, the signal of the testing sensors is sampled and saved. In the Postmortem Processing System, the tested data is processed again.In the paper, the pressure of Pantograph-Catenary testing has replaced the prevenient testing means of the contact loss. With it, not only the accidental place, but the latent accidental place, can be tested. Through testing the pressure of Pantograph-Catenary, users can supervise the maintenance to the Overhead System more efficiently than ever. In addition, the Real-time Testing System is designed based on the Virtual Instrument, offering complicated function, improving the visual effect, predigesting the operation. In the Real-time Testing System, such function is performed: accessing orientation data from database, sampling data, processing data, displaying data, saving data, revising the brace serial number, stagger and suspension height. The Posterior Processing System based on the Expert System, is complied with VC++6.0. In the Posterior Processing System, the tested data is processed further, the data out of gauge is analysised and stated, at the same time, the state of the Overhead Contact System is evaluated according to lines or tested dates.Parts of the hardware and software system have been used on the Catenary Testing Car of LanZhou Railway Bureau, and the operation result is well. |
