| In the course of building Underground Railroad with shield driven method, in order to greatly shorten the construction period, improve construction quality, assure construction safety and greatly reduce the environment influence, applying shield driven method can produce mass benefits and immensely reduce the project cost as a whole. For this reason, this paper proposes the construction plan of expanding building metro station combined with NATM(New Australia Tunnel Method) on the base, of shield driven internal tunnel that has been built.Through analyzing all kinds of construction methods of building metro station under shield driven method in many countries, this paper studies the construction technique (method) of building metro station under shield driven method, taking in Guangzhou No.3 metro line, and LINHE XILU station as the actual object. According to station class, function and topography and geology, the station schemes of twin-bore tunnel(island) , firstly, three parallel tunnels(island) , tri-bore tunnel(island or side) and four parallel tunnels (island or side) are proposed. Secondly, the shape and main parameters of station structure on two schemes are analyzed with Load-Structure Mode, for different overburden depth of tunnel and lining thickness, etc. Thirdly, the construction process is simulated in 2D FEM., At last, the reasonable shape and rule and scope of main structure parameters about two station structures are given, and the mechanical characters and construction safety are analyzed. In addition, the construction measures and reinforcement ways of pre-supporting and so on are proposed. |
