The shield tunnel machine is widely used, because of its low impact on the surrounding environment, high Mechanization rate, and high construction speed. However, this method is limited to interzone tunnel, The different construction methods between interzone tunnel and station is a serious problem, which has not been solved until now. In order to make full use of the preponderance of shield tunnel method, improve the construction speed, it is very important to develop a new station construction method, which is also significant for the development of construction methods of our country.Based on a large number of reference documents, analysed all kind of advanced station construction methods with shield tunnel machine. The West Wan Hong Street station of Beijing NO.14 metro line test section is taked as subject investigated for the construction scheme of combine with lOm-diameter circular shield and CRD method. Compared this method with cut and cover method and 6m-diameter circular shield station construction method.There are two plans for the tunnel excavation,5 parts plan and 6 parts plan. Simulate the construction process by the means of FLAC3D. The results showed that:the structure force transferred a lot; There are few differences of the structure force and the ground settlement between the two plans,6 parts plan is a little better than the 5 parts plan; The connecting section of supporting structure and K-segment is a force transmission box, the capacity of the box can not meet the requirement; The concrete reinforcement of K-segment can not meet the capacity requirements; The embedded steel-bolt system is conducive to the removal of the segment; The horizontal steel support system needs to be improved.
