| It becomes more and more importment that how to control transport system with modernization socity developing.Intelligence Transport Sysytem(ITS) can improve traffic efficiency greatly as it use Information Technology.Communication Technology and Control Technology, traffic jam can be solved with it very efficient and economical.In traffic sign control of crossroad,it is a importment problem in urban transport system that how to design advanced scheme of traffic sign to improve control efficiency according to traffic character and quene rule of crossroad.This paper take the Intelligence Transport Sign Control System in Fulian road Xiameng city as its research object,0n basis of basic traffic theory,the computer applications techology,the Intelligence Traffic Sign Control System was analyzed and studied. According to condition and traffic character of crossroad of Fulian road, the traffic sign control scheme was designed and calculate some parameters.According to character of traffic sign control system, a method of crossroad based on Fuzzy Logic was put forward .Traffic modle needn't be established in this method.Complex and random difficulty problem of traffic sign control procedure can be efficiecy solved.The hardware realization and the software programme with AT89C51 chip microcomputer are given.In this Fuzzy Control scheme,Fuzzy control rule was established carefully based on traffic control theory and experience. The method was simulated.The result of simulation indicated that the method has a little calculation,can efficiency use experienceof engineer and improve response speed. Therefore this method can be used effectively in crossroad traffic sign control,improve control efficiency of crossroad.
