Development Of Plateau Oil-Fired Warm Air Heater

Plateau oil-fired warm air heater is a kind of heat ing equipment which burns light diesel oil to provide warm air for tents and rooms in high altitude regions. In this paper, problems of heat exchange in high elevation, large equipment noise, unsteady heat air temperature in the environment of low temperature and rare oxygen have been finally solved , by selecting and improving blower, applying frequency conversion technique, doing a series of cold and thermal state tests and optimizing firebox and heat exchanger under tests . combustion property of plateau oil-fired warm air heater have reached standards of former low altitude warm air heater, by analyzing procedure, again and again improving burner's brake plate, burner's blast tube and ignition system, repeatedly doing a large number of tests in low altitude and high altitude regions, In view of the facts of rare oxygen, burner igniting difficulty, unsteady flame and incomplete burning.
