This thesis is systematically introducing the present situation about Emulsion Explosive of Mixed Loading Truck technique and ground-based station technique. The field semi-manufactured product and finished product manufacture technology, and the formation mechanism finished product explosives are analyzed. Furthermore, the application situation of Emulsion Explosive of Mixed Loading Truck is completely analyzed in technique effect, economic effect and social effect. By using the methods of contemporary statistics theory hiberarchy analyses, improving hiberarchy analyses, and fuzzy theory hiberarchy analyses, the blasting beneficial result model on mixed loading emulsion explosive blasting is compared with bag-drug emulsion explosive blasting on the judge model. After systematically analyzing we yield conclusion that mixed loading emulsion explosive blasting has a better beneficial result. Then the article analyses the effecting elements about the economic result of blasting and puts forward some improving measures, and summarizes optimizing model on economic result of blasting both internal and overseas bearing upon.The theory is based on the blasting cost model, which proposed by Dr. Zhong hanrong. Combining with the specialties of water and electricity engineering, starting off through blasting result, it emphasizing considers drilling cost, deep hole bench blasting cost, reblasting cost, and the cost of bottom fleet hole blasting that in mixed loading emulsion explosive blasting. Fragmentation, vibration and safety are the constraint conditions. The object function is to reaching a minimal total cost of the four items above. Thus, under a widely collect of blasting economic technical condition, the blasting optimization economic mathematical model is built up. Takes the practice of the THREE GORGES PROJECT as the instance, using the arithmetic theory of Constraint Changing Ruler Method to solve the problems, we get the best blasting parameters for the least project cost.Under the most economical condition, taking the same instance, itanalyzes the effect elements of blasting optimization, and then gives two projects of mixed loading emulsion explosive blasting:1. Mixed loading emulsion explosive continuously filling;2. Mixed loading emulsion explosive compounding filling; Adopting hiberarchy analyses method, building hiberarchy model,analyzing the two optimized blasting projects, the most splendid one can be achieved. And the project will consist of blasting parameters, explosives compounding filling fabric, square blast-hole distributing, V detonate at the form, and blasting network design.To apply the technique in practicality project, it greatly improves blasting results, block rate is obviously cut down, blasting cost decrease visibly, and synthetically beneficial result is evidently increased.The blasting optimization model in the thesis has direction significances to the practice proof.
