| In order to facilitate the design of high speed, high accuracy and heavy load in machine system, it is necessary to study the dynamic response of mechanism. Although a method of complete dynamic analysis is presented in recent ten years, systems still appear the coupling of parametric and forced vibration because of the neglect of the vibration and the eccentricity of motor.There are some simple formulations and principles have been derived based on the idea condition that the rotor of the motor runs under the state of no vibration and no eccentricity. Obviously, they do not reflect the essentiality exactly.A symmetrical asynchronous motor and four-bar-truss are as an example to do the complete dynamic analysis when traverse vibration and torque vibration are considered. The dynamic non-linear time-varying mold has been obtained by way of Lagrange-Maxwell equation, and the internality connection among the dynamic characteristic parameter, structural parameter of connection rod and magnetic parameter of motor have been included by the equation lead by the mold based on the essentiality of magnetic-field. By using the MATLAB, the changing stress curve and the changing weight and traverse intersection curve obtained rudimentary.In this paper, the conclusion has been established by the dynamical mechanic mold of the motor-elastic linkage system and they will have great practical value in engineering. |
