| Over the years,with the rapid and steady economic development of the country and the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology,various fields in various countries have had higher requirements for the quality of the strip.The hydraulic AGC system has been widely used in practical projects in China,but there are still many problems in the actual engineering application and production in order to obtain high-precision rolling products.In particular,the effects of various nonlinear factors in the system greatly affect the quality of the strip products.This subject comes from the National Natural Science Foundation of China.It has studied the AGC system deeply with its support: establishing a nonlinear bond diagram model for hydraulic AGC system;taking the displacement of the hydraulic cylinder AGC system as the main research object,and the elastic force of the hydraulic cylinder.The influence of various factors such as the nonlinearity of the servo valve,the nonlinear stiffness of the rolling stock,the viscosity,and the friction force of the hydraulic cylinder on the behavior of the AGC system was studied in depth.The hydraulic AGC system is a plate thickness control system with high rolling precision under the joint action of three aspects of electromechanical fluid.For the study of this,this paper first analyzes in depth the basic principles of the AGC system and the control and compensation methods,and then the hydraulic AGC system.The composition and mathematical model are introduced in detail to lay the theoretical foundation for establishing a nonlinear model.The theory of bond graphs was introduced,and a comprehensive non-linear simulation model including hydraulic subsystems,mechanical subsystems,and control subsystems was established for the hydraulic AGC system of cold rolling mills using the bond graph modeling method in 20-Sim software for theoretical analysis.simulation.Finally,a targeted vibration experiment was performed using the 650 mill of Yanshan University.Labview software was used to collect and analyze the experimental data to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the bond graph model.The influence of variousfactors of the hydraulic AGC system is analyzed from both theoretical and practical aspects,and it provides an important reference for how to effectively control the various factors in the hydraulic AGC system and thus increase the mill rolling level. |
