In recent years, the light steel structure gets favor from multi-industries in our country for its many merits. It begins from southeast area to east area and finally reaches to west region in China. During this period, it got very quickly developing and spread. In this discourse, the author analyses and forecasts the light steel structure's market in our country by investigating and getting a great deal of data and information. The author boldly forecasts the application foreground combining his own practical work. During the phase of the light steel structure's market deploitation further and developing quickly in our country, it's needed more corporations to study the market and advance developing strategy of in-outside creationary corporations. At the same time, this discourse also brings forward some attitudes and devices to those corporations engaged in the light steel structure for their running mode, developing direction, market strategy and so on.From the current developing pattern of the light steel structure in our country, it's very prevalence at the east area while scarcely at west area. The most west region is located in strong earthquake region but people have known little about the dynamical characteristic and resist aseismic capability of the light steel structure. At some degree, it hindered the application and popularizing of the light steel structure in the west region. For this problem, this discourse combining The Special Type Glue Pipe Workshop of South-West Rubber Factory designed and taken charged of construction by the author investigates its dynamical characteristic systemically, does some test in the field, collects ordinary time pulse signal of the workshop, takes the FFT change and receives the pulse Fourier spectrum and some related immanence vibration specialty. Also, the author makes a 3-d dynamical analysis on the workshop by using SAP2000 Structure AnalysisProgram. It's shown from the result that:(1) the testing results are same to the calculating results basically, so the received dynamical characteristics are believable. (2) the immanence vibration frequencies of the light steel workshop are very dense. The natural periods from the first step to the eighth step are between 0,2705s and 0.2465s in this workshop. The former eight steps are all level landscape orientation part and it appears level vertical at the ninth step. If it's used vibrated type fold response spectrum on the earthquake response analysis and chooses the former three vibrated types according to the ordinary RC building, the result will be wrong. For the light steel structure building, it should be taken enough steps vibrated type to take part in calculation. Finally, the author analyses the earthquake response of workshop under the frequent earthquake and gets some beneficial conclusions by using SAP2000 program according to some related provision in Seismic Code of Building (GB50011-2001).
