This paper use the finite element method, structural dynamics theory and ANSYS analysis software to analyze the spatial static peculiarity , dynamic response and the whole stability of the boiler steel structure.(1) Structural static analysisThe author established the three-dimensional model of the structure in terms of its actual instance, considered invariable loads, live loads, wind loads and so on, analyzed the structural bearing, and provided a number of recommendations for the design.(2) Structural mode analysis and dynamic response analysisIn the boiler steel structure's dynamic analysis, the author used ANSYS mode analysis function and took Lanczos vector measure to figure out the structure's natural vibration periods and its vibrant model. It is very difficult to attain the structural natural vibration peculiarity, but it is important to confirm structural natural vibration peculiarity for improving its resistive capacity and service life. So, in this paper, an effective method of 3-D beam mode analysis of ANSYS software was used to get the natural vibration of the brace structure. It is very useful in engineering, and we should have a further study in the actual situation. The structural random vibration, resulted by wind, which can effectively reflect the basic dynamic nature of the structure, has some effective value to control the vibration of high buildings. It is easy to resonate when the time of wind is close to the structural time. On this condition, the vibration is intense, so we must avoid it in the engineering.(3) Egien buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis of the whole structure.There is not sufficiently effective design and analysis method for the overall stability of Boiler steel structure. When the frame is designed, the whole stability is not calculated, but replaced by the stability of poles. To ensure the security and economy conditions of design, the structure stability must be calculated accurately, the P-Δ and P-δ effects must be included, in the other word, the nonlinear effects must be considered. In this article, the large deformation and the matrix of geometric rigidity is calculated. The whole stability of the boiler structure is analyzed by two types of buckling methods in the ANSYS, so as to get the Load-Displacement curve and the buckling load. By the two Buckle analyses of ANSYS software, the overall stability of the boiler for a qualitative analysis, the simulation of nonlinear load-displacement relationship curve and the structure buckling load were calculated.From the above analysis, we can get acquainted with stress conditions of boiler bracket structure roundly. I hope the paper can give reference for the project design practice.
