Dynamic monitor control technique (DMC) is one of important research content in CIMS/MAS system, and error compensation control technique is one of important content of DMC. Making use of outer-roundness feed grinding machining as research object, this paper developed the dual-ring nested adaptive error forecasting compensation control(AEFCC) system. In inner-ring control, the system sought for the optimum conversion time through optimization forecasting and minimum deviation adaptive control principle in order to reduce a batch production's dimension dispersion. And in outer-ring control , the modeling and error-forecasting was made based on the offline measuring. The error should be fed back to inner-ring to correct the grinding allowance so as to reduce the dimension dispersion, accordingly reduce the grinding process workpiece's ratio of waste products and reprocessing ratio. The basic principle of AEFCC system that included inner-ring CAR model,outer-ring AR model,optimization forecasting law and minimum deviation adaptive control principle were discussed in this paper. The software program and the system's hardware including data-collecting system,interface and servo drive circuit were designed, and the software's blocking-framework,developing-platform,usage environment and work flow were discussed in the system. Using VC++ as the development tool, this paper developed the control system's monitor control interface which based on the windows , and settled the question of hardware control and multi-task disposal in the windows through introducing the VXD technique and multi-thread technique. The simulations and experiments have shown that AEFCC can reduce a batch production's dimension dispersion, so the feasibility of the AEFCC system was demonstrated. It is necessary to develop the latest open-numerical control system for the sake of applying the experiment research fruit of DMC technique to produce practice and integrating DMC with NC system's function. Hence, this paper discussed the question that open to the advanced application such as the type of DMC open-control system, and brought forth the settling scheme through composing the software module of advanced application with COM technique and custom-tailoring the interface of software module with OPC criterion.
