Multi-motor control systems are widely used in actual industrial production, such as paper-making systems, printing systems. The coordination control performance has a greater impact on the quality of products. As people improve the requirement of the product quality, the requirement of the coordination of multi-motor control performance is also increasing. In the multi-motor system, there is the problems of uneven motor load, changes on the electrical parameters, electromagnetic interference and other issues, which affect the coordination control performance of multi-motor system. However, the traditional multi-motor control method is difficult to meet the high performance requirements of coordinated control, therefore, the study of coordinated control has important theoretical significance and application value.This paper studies the multi-motor control system coordination control problems. Based on fuzzy control theory and the deviation coupling control theory, the strategy of dynamic compensation control based on the maximum error is proposed, related research system simulation is carried out, and the application design control algorithms is given. The specific content of the work is as follows:By reading the relevant literature, multi-motor system coordinated control research situations reviewed. The concept, classification and evaluation of multi-motor cooperative control is described. Variety kinds of multi-motor control systems are discussed. Through simulation, the characteristics of various control methods are summarized to lay the foundation for the new proposed multi-motor coordination control strategy.In the multi-motor coordinated control system, the precision assurance of each single motor control is the basis for multi-motor coordination to improve control accuracy. However, during operation of the motor, the load disturbances and parameter variations and other issues will have a single motor control accuracy impact. In order to improve the accuracy of single-motor in multi-motor control system, this paper presents adaptive fuzzy PID control strategy in the single motor of multi-motor system. The adaptive fuzzy PID controller design is given, and the simulation modeling is carried out with MATLAB / SIMULINK. The simulation results show that, compared to the ordinary PID control, adaptive fuzzy PID control makes better system performance.On the basis of a single motor control accuracy guaranteed, in order to improve the performance of multi-motor coordination control system, multi-motor system dynamic compensation method based on the maximum error control strategies have been proposed. To achieve the dynamic compensation on the motor with maximum error rank, according to the real-time error for each motor, coordinated controller infers error rank to determine the priority of compensation motor. In this paper, the basic framework is constructed, coordinated controller design is given, and simulation modeling is carried out in MATLAB / SIMULINK. Simulation results show that, with no compensation control, master compared to control multiple motors from the compensation system control performance, dynamic compensation cooperative control strategy can improve the system of multi-motor system control performance.To achieve the proposed dynamic compensation control strategy, this paper presents the application design of the control algorithm. The multi-motor system coordinated control algorithm module is designed using power control software, the proposed multi-motor coordination control strategy is embedded in the module, and the module is tested to verify the feasibility of multi-motor coordination control module. The algorithm module can be applied to the central control module, distributed control, network-based control system for a variety of multi-motor control structure monitoring program.
