In this paper,the confecting technique on many ingredients' HPC was studied,and the optimum ratio of many ingredients in HPC was confirmed by regression method in SPSS and optimizing method in MATLIB,considering mechanics performance of high performance concrete and collapsing slump of HPC mixture. C:BF:FA:SF:UEA=3:1:1:0.2:0.02. We confected out HPC with the ratio. Its collapsing slump is 130mm,the values of its fc are 47.5MPa in 7d,81.5MPa in 28d and 94.0MPa in 56d respectively. The developing ratio of its long-term fc is up to 25%. And the ultrasonic velocity was inspected out by way of ultrasonic-concrete technique:the maximum value was 5376m/s;the minimum was 4386m/s. This explained that HPC in the experiments was very close-grained. Furthermore,the super-compound effects on fine mineral mixture in HPC were discussed detailedly.
