In recent years,the treatment of lean-caused disaster engineering and the reinforcement and reformation of buildings have been paid much attention in China and abroad,which have been become a new research subject. In this thesis,the development and existing problems for treatment of the disaster buildings are introduced.In accordance with the deformation analysis of lean-caused disaster engineering and the deformation control in rectification,analysis method of the leaning reinforced concrete frame is presented using the theory of structural engineering,numerical analysis and disaster characteristics. On the basis of the analysis method,finite element is applied to analyze the stress and deformation conditions of structure in order to obtain the rectifying displacement. Appling of fuzzy math to value the ultimate bearing capacity of structural element,the author puts forward the fuzzy general evaluation method of the element,and using the theory of structural engineering also gets the rectifying load. Through the harmony of structure deformation,the theory and construction method of load-displacement control are attained to control the deformation of structure.Finally,an example is given to prove that the method of deformation analysis and the method of deformation control are of a value of the research and application. Though what mentioned above,a good reference for improving the treatment theory and construction of disaster frame structure is provided.
