Intake tower, as a sort of waterpower engineering, have complicated figure structure, boundary conditions and load situation. They generally have R. concrete thin wall and empty abdomen form, are built in the reservoir close to the bank and joined with the bank by working bridge on the top. Intake tower supports water pressure all around. This thesis concerns intake tower's safety under seismic ground motion. So considering comprehensively above-mentioned factors this thesis analyses intake tower structure by different calculation methods.This thesis introduces systematically current developing situation of hydraulic engineering and static-dynamic load analysis theory and FEA theory. By means of adopting structure mechanics method, quasi-static approaches, response spectral of modal combination approach and time-history analysis approach, the responding problems of static-dynamic load of structure are solved.The function of SuperSAP software in the three-dimensional finite element analysis is very powerful. It is easy to build model, input parameters of FEA using relevant module, code structure and counting so on. The module of back disposing realizes exporting the outcome of74joint stress and displacement. The stress states of every part of the structure, the constant value lines of the stress and the displacement of the given section can view also in this module. Different section internal force of structure can be calculated by post procedure drawn up in this thesis. Internal force chart of section can be automatically drawn when imported AutoCAD. This way the structure can be analyzed accurately.
