Stress And Life Online Monitor Of The Driving-Pump Turbine

Calculation and online monitor for the steam turbine unit are very important to ensure safety and reliability.In this paper, according to the temperature and thermal stress formula, the online temperature and thermal stress monitor system of the rotor are established. In this paper, the authors analyze and calculate the thermal stress and the other stress existed in the rotor. The monitor system of the fatigue life is also established. In order to get the nicety of the thermal stress and the other stress formula, the author verify the formula with the ANSYS 5.5.On the basis of analysis and the calculation of stress and fatigue life, the author programs on this theme, which is one part of the whole DCS. This program is developed with Delphi 6.0.In the end ,the program is carried out in the Shiheng power plant .A good coincidence between analysis conclusion and practical situation can be observed.
