Along with the rapid development of National Guard and the incessant improvement of people's living standard, the importance of power network Optimal Reactive compensation increasingly reinforced,and the difficulty increasingly augment. The real Optimal Reactive compensation plays an important effect on ensuring power network safely and economically running, meeting society production and people's living need. This study have investigated Optimal Reactive compensation for Daqing power distribution network. The job include the following aspect:Thoroughly analyze the power distribution network of different level voltage and the manner of the power Reactive compensation, aim at the question of the distribution network in reducing wasting and increasing voltage quality, put forward some feasible solving method.Establish the Compositive Optimal Reactive compensation model for medium -low level voltage distribution network, and the Optimal Reactive compensation model for transformer-substation. By improving on the simple Genetic Algorithm, put forward the All-around Classic Genetic Algorithm, and workout the relevant software.Applying the put forward model and the All-around Classic Genetic Algorithm into the Daqing medium -low level voltage distribution network to optimize the real power network, find classic project of Reactive power equipment deploy. At the same time, analyze the ecnomic effect.The result shows that the put forward model and the All-around Classic Genetic Algorithm has a lot of virtue, such as strong applicability,handy calculation, good ability of finding the best, easy spreading and applying into real power syatem short term load forecasting, and so on.
