As a part of the power system,the distribution network plays an important role in connecting the power grid with users,which directly affects people's production and life.At present,China is still in the process of rapid and steady development.The demand for electricity is not only whether it can meet the current needs but also whether it can meet the future needs on the basis of the existing network architecture.For a long time,the research on the optimization of distribution network has been very active.Through the transformation of distribution network,the potential of existing distribution network can be brought into full play,the safety and stability of the whole network can be improved,and greater economic and social benefits can be generated.Firstly,this thesis will start with the research background of distribution network optimization and reactive power compensation as well as the research status at home and abroad,and introduce the current mainstream power flow calculation methods of distribution network and various optimization objective functions of distribution network.From an economic point of view,the objective function of distribution network reconfiguration with minimum network loss is established,and the basic principles and characteristics of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are analyzed.The positive effect of reactive power compensation of distribution network on voltage stability and uplift of distribution network are also analyzed in this paper.According to the advantages and disadvantages of the simulated annealing algorithm and the genetic algorithm,the algorithm is integrated and the genetic-simulated annealing algorithm is proposed.It mainly is the simulated annealing algorithm can produce a certain probability to accept the difference solution to avoid the advantages of genetic algorithm trapped in local optimal solution.So the algorithm is improved.The proposed method introduce the static voltage stability index auxiliary judgment by whether the constructed algorithm to improve thedistribution network voltage,which optimize the distribution network as a whole.Finally,this paper uses MATLAB software to write relevant programs,compares various algorithms with IEEE33 standard distribution network model,and verifies the feasibility based on genetic-simulated annealing algorithm,and uses the genetic-simulated annealing algorithm constructed in this paper to reconstruct the distribution network in a certain area,and uses the same algorithm to find reactive compensation points and compensate reactive power for the reconstructed network.According to the final data results,it can be shown that the genetic-simulated annealing algorithm constructed in this paper can effectively reduce the network loss of the distribution network and significantly improve the voltage stability of the network,thus effectively optimizing the distribution network in the region.
