Studies On The Dwelling Size Pattern Of Post-xiaokang Urban Housing In Yangtze River Delta Region

Housing development is a great thing of everyone. Until the end of 2000, we have reached the xiaokang objective of residence?0 m₂/p in china. Due to the unbalance of the economic development in different areas, the level of residence is reaching a higher one that is the post-xiaokang one in those relatively developed regions. So the research about the post-xiaokang housing is of important.In this paper, the dwelling size pattern of post-xiaokang urban housing in Yangtze River delta region is the main practical and research content. Combining with the development of the post-xiaokang residential pattern, some principal influential factors and the variety locus of the dwelling size pattern are analyzed. Then the tendency, the design principle and methods of post-xiaokang housing dwelling size pattern are probed on the basis of the research in foreign countries and the main questions of the Yangtze River delta region.The new contents given out in this paper are as follows:(1) The principal factors, which influence the post-xiaokang housing dwelling size pattern are discussed, that is the new material of the studies.(2) The new characteristics and tendency of the post-xiaokang housing dwelling size pattern is introduced.(3) The design principles and methods of the post-xiaokang housing dwelling size pattern are formed.
