Study On Permeability Of Dry-Mixed-Mortar (DMM) Manufactured By Utilizing Yun Nan Local Resource

In the wake of reinforcement on construction technological requirement of building industry, building mortar need strength , function and durability to meet elevated requirement of building engineering. And therefore, development application and professional production of dry-mixed mortar (DMM) have gained universally and widely. Popularization application of DMM can decrease engineering building cycle, warrant construct and ornamental engineering quality, prompt technology progress of building construction, and alleviate labor fatigue of workers at present, cut down raw material loss, promote construction environment and reinforce environmental protection, which is truly environmental protection building material. Anti-penetration DMM is an important variety of DMM, as brings into play important effect on permeability and seepage of buildings.This paper adopts YunNan province local raw materials and waste slag, and has experiment research on local production technology and production performance, after investigation, analysis, study and selection of local raw materials. Based on orthogonal experimental avenue, DMM is manufactured by local PO, SA, and phosphorus slag flying ash, yellow slag and ect. And formulate optimum mixture program and production technology requirement; On basis of JCJ70-90, physical mechanics property is quizzed, adopting chemical analysis , XRD, SEM and so on, discuss composition and structure. The researchable result is that mixture program of DMM:A3B2Cl(cement 403 m2/kg, phosphorus slag357 m2/kg,activated agent 2%),after the condition of C/S1:4, adopting ordinary Portland cement. Obvious impact factor on 28 strength and anti-penetration coefficient is cement delicacy, dosage of activated agent and phosphorus slag delicacy is ordinary factor; Among cementitious materials system, cement: phosphorus: slag:flying ash:gypsum=35:45:15:5,at 7% cement of DMM, I50# mortar can be manufactured. Anti penetration of Hardened mortar can reach 10-7cm/s.Adopting sulfate-aluminum cement, phosphorus slag, flying ash, yellow slag and ect raw materials, the optimized mixture program of DMM is A3B3C2(cement 480 m2/kg, phosphorus slag352 m2/kg,activated agent3%), 28 strength is low, due to cement alkality, resulting in activity of phosphorus slag and flying ash small. And meanwhile, water content has excellent effect on strength of DMM, and control water content ratio of slag is below 0.2%.
