So up-to-date hydraulic teaching is not only to teach the students theory, but also to train their hurtle ability.With the development of the science and technology, the development of hydraulic technology is also rapid, and its applying range is more and more extensive, so the requirement to the hydraulic instrument is much higher. Up-to-date hydraulic transmission and control has become an automation technology including transmission, control, examination and computer, and its development tends to data control and wholly auto-control. Thus it requires the hydraulic teaching is in step with the up-to-date control technology. By doing experiment, students not only can grasp the hydraulic theory, but also can comprehend the advanced control technology, and it can gain better teaching effect.This paper apply the programmable logic controller which is widely used in industry in old control system of hydraulic table, and use the industry control software to gain the pressure, flux and speed of the experiment, and control the pressure or flux, and portray the curve of experiment. Based on remaining the dismantling and loading, we make full of the equipped instrument, and fall the whole cycle into three modules: speed-adjusting module, pressure module and multi-execution instrument module. We must compile the related PLC control program and PC control program, and redesign the control cabinet and re-fix the electric cycle. We complete the auto-control of the hydraulic experiment table through the loading and recapitulate debugging.The experiment table emphasis on improving the students' hurtle ability, and remains enough evolution for students, and have an excellent exploitation and enlargement. The experiment table equips a number of spare instruments, and PLC also have a number of logic element. Students can corporate some spareinstruments to constitute more closely actual industry cycle, and compile the corresponding PLC program, and fix the electric cycle to complete the auto-control of the hydraulic cycle. In addition, with the development of the hydraulic technology, the experiment table may be in step with the developing need of the hydraulic teaching by applying the enlarged module of the PLC and ameliorating the PC control program. |
