Hydraulic Coupling for changing speed has good capability/price ratio, so it is used extensively in the changing speed realm of big power in industrial production. Due to the inner complexity of hydraulic transmission units, it is very difficult to construct precise mathematics model. The uncertain parameter in closed-loop PID control for changing speed and the nonlinearity in the natural gain of coupling have became technical problems to be settled with systemic closed-loop adjustment.Fuzzy control is an important application filiations of fuzzy mathematics based on the theory fuzzy sets. It's a kind of new control algorithm formed by the combination between fuzzy mathematic and automation. when the target or process which is controlled have some features such as nonlinearity, time-varying property, stochastic noises, the complicated mechanism of process and uncertain measurement condition in the working field, fuzzy control, a kind of algorithm similar to expert rules ,offered a kind of ideal algorithm for these target and process.This paper based on the object of blower system for changing speed in Hydraulic Coupling for changing speed, firstly, has analyzed the dynamic and static characteristics of the system and has deduced dynamic model and transfer function of the system. Then, it has tried to realize digital controller for hydraulic changing speed by the theory of fuzzy control. The system has chosen the programmable logic controller(PLC) as the control core on hardware configuration and has programmed the fuzzy control arithmetic by the ladder diagram(LAD).PLC is a kind of electronic device for digital operation which is designed for industrial application specially. It has high reliability on running and simple LAD program similarly to relay control circuit which are favored by large of engineering technician. Now, PLC has been one of "three pillars" in the realm of the industrial automation.Fuzzy digital controller is already applied to the blower platform of changing speed coupling.
