Space camera is one of important methods to observe the surface of the earth. Many countries, therefore, think highly of it throughout the world. Space camera consists of camera lens, shut, camera body, film transport system, control system and so on. Film transport system as one of the most important components, requests large capacity to carry film, short circle working period, and high dependability. So film transport system's well or poor quality directly affect space camera's function. It is so necessary to design high-level film transport system. The objective of this thesis is to design and analyze fixed quantity intermittent film-transport system.The research object here is a high-level film transport system of space camera. Main contents are following: design and analyze fixed quantity intermittent film-transport system with tension-control , invariant tension-control system in the point of view of structure; conduct dynamic property of fixed quantity measuring film roller and deduce the film's dynamic property and film tension. Based on film-tension analyses, the machine of film tension to be measured and controlled during the whole course was designed; and also expatiate the idea of preventing scratching film in this paper; finally ,the experiment of film-transport machine proved it correctly and this machine satisfied space camera's technology standard.This paper have some reference value in designing and analyzing space camera's film transport system.
