Therefor, in the article ,we have relied on the base of entirely testing, aiming at producing practice of the natural gas original processing system ,and made a systemic research in the technique of electric power control ,and followed with the problems of harmonic wave on account of high-power set adopting electric power and electron devices.The main research have been finished as follows:1. we researched more than there energy-saving control techniques of electromotor such as follow compensation and star-trianular convert, thyristor regulating voltage ,thyristor regulating voltage and filter , in the natural gas processing plants of middle of SaErTu carried through tests on air compressor sets , and made certain the optimized scheme of electricity-saving.2. we analyzed the centrifugal compressor's loading types, made certain the shift gears running work conditions of the centrifugal compressor, and putted forward the shift gears running energy -saving ratio calculational methods of centrifugal compressor, and discussed the centrifugal compressor's anti-surge conditions, and getted set the running ratating speed optimized mathematics model of centrifugal compressor.3. we perfected the speed adjustment control technology of compressors and pumps, and researched fuzzy control technology of alternating current speed adjustment, and putted forward the achieving means of fuzzy controller which is based upon neural network , after applicated for the stripping equipment, and achieving the evident economic benefit. At the same time, we resolved the problems on high pressure difference of pumps , and high earthquake, and eliminated the safe hidden trouble of equipment.4. we bringed forward harmonic wave testing means which is based upon wavelet transform , and follow the change of electric system harmonic wave current time ,and accurately tested the harmonic wave signal of abruptly arisen and disappear.Applying the above-mentioned researchful achievement to the natural gas processing plants of middle of DaQing SaErTu, we gain good result.
