Plasma ignition technique for engine is a new pattern technique, at the present only Ukraine have used this technique in marine gas turbine and the ground gas turbine to increase the reliability of retrofires and extend the concentration limit of retrofires. There is a very important component in engine plasma ignition, its name is plasma generator. The air flow across the plasma generator will arouse heat transfer, mass transfer, plasma chemical reactions and other mechanisms of processes. In the process of stvidy plasma ignition technique, the study of plasma generator is the most important work for its complex mechanisms of processes and too small space to observe by experiment. With the rapid development of computer and the CFD theory numerical simulation became the most popular measure to resolve these mechanisms complex and observation difficulty by experiment problems. Using numerical simulation can estimate the parameter that it is difficult to scale by experiment for example the temperature of electrode. Using numerical simulation mainly depends on compute and doesn't need too more experiments this character make the study period more brief and the measure of study more freely. So that using numerical simulation is a short cut to study plasma generator. In this thesis, the heat load of reacting flow in plasma generator was studied. Using numerical simulation simulated the energy conversion between heat energy and kinetic energy, chemical energy. A flow dynamics model is established to describe the mechanisms of processes in plasma generator. This model is developed under the hypothesis of local thermodynamics equilibrium and quasineutrality, established a reaction model to describe the chemistry non-equilibrium flow in plasma generator, applying the curvilinear coordinate to disperse the space of the plasma generator, applying SIMPLEC method to solve the set of discretized equations.Using the method that have said, thesis simulated air and plasma flow in plasma generate. The influences of the inlet angle and inlet total pressure of fluid on the temperature of electrode surface and nozzle exit fluid was analyzed. The flow structures and the transfer connections between different energies can be realized with the analyzed results. These results are significant for realized the plasma generator and plasma generator designing.
