Study Of Shenzhen Urban Transport-Based On The Present Situation And The Existing Problems

With the rapid growth in economy and population, the urban transport has become one of the most important problems in most Chinese cities, and which will affect these cities' development. Based on the analysis of Shenzhen urban transport system, the existing problems and reasons have been reviewed and identified in this paper. Coordinated with the development goal of Shenzhen, the suggestions were issued to build an advanced urban transport system in the city, which including, establishing a coordinated transport agency, enforcing the study of strategic planning, prioritize public transport and implement transport demand management.
