Three-gorge project is regard as an example in this dissertation. The knowledge, such as mathematics statistic, 3D viscoelastic finite element, together with the knowledge of dam engineering, are introduced into the dissertation, which performs analysis and study on safety monitoring model of three-gorge project during construction period. The main contents are as follows.1. Method that controls quality of field observation values of unbonded elastic wire resistance type meters is studied. Methods that examine system error of different types in observation values are discussed. Based on analyzing causes of formation of system error, random error and gross error, together with their influences to observation values, method that examine whether there is system error in apparatus by using temperature values of unbonded elastic wire resistance type meters is studied.2. Method of ascertaining main effecting factors in dam mathematics safety monitoring model during construction period is studied. And dam safety monitoring model during construction period is founded, including statistic model, deterministic model and hybrid model. Moreover, traditional regression model is improved, based on deeply studying robustified least squares method.3. To characteristic of dam construction period, viscoelastic finite model of dam and foundation rock mass during construction period is analysis. Based on field theory, method of founding dam safety monitoring tune-spatial distribution model during construction period is discussed, including statistic time-spatial distribution model, deterministic time-spatial distribution model and hybrid time-spatial distribution model. Furthermore, neural network model, which has better nonlinear mapping capability, is studied and founded.4. Through applying above theories and methods, safety monitoring model of temporary shiplock and ship lift dam sections in three-gorge project is studied. Varying rule of dam displacement during construction period is analyzed by viscoelastic finite element, and safety monitoring model of dam displacement and stress during construction period is founded. Rationality and validity of the model is validated.
