The March Safeguard System of Towed artillery is used to keep the crew and weapon safe in moving. If the artillery is in wrong state as abnormal braking or missing artillery ,the system can provide alarm to warn the commander to stop to check the problem and eliminate the fault.The thesis attaches much importance to the design of the round gasket sensor and the hardware and software of the intelligent examining system.The key technic of the task are how to choose and induct the measuring signal. The round gasket sensor subtly makes use of the feature of the mechanical structure of the pothook of the tow car and contemporarily utilizes proper measuring method to reflect the pull got by the artillery ,which provide powerful warrant for fault diagnostics of the intelligent examining system.The prominent feature of the hardware is convenient and applied. We design trifurcate differential amplificative circuitry to magnify the weak signal collected by the sensor and expanded I/O interface to control and converse A/D conversing implement and at the same time to realize the function of button control and fault alarm, which assure the stability and security of the intelligent examining system.Owing to finity of the road surface sample ,during the examining process , the standard pressed curve of the unknown road surface should be computed through the method of subsection curve resemblance according to the known one.By the field test, the March Safeguard System of Towed artillery absolutely satisfies each aspect of the technic requirement and can fully realize fault diagnostic function ,through which veracity of the design can be proved.
