The dissertation analyses the history and actuality of shear-lag. Energy-Variation Method is used to interpret shear-lag phenomenon in beam-plates system of p.c. in situ. And FEM method and locale experiment are used to validate the results. A Variation equation solution of effective flange width is put forward, which is fit for the mid section of p.c. beam, when the beam is in the middle of the frame and the structure is under constant compressive loads. And a solution of general concrete beam is also obtained. Transformation rules of effective flange width along the beam is obtained when the beam is in the middle of the frame and the structure is under constant compressive loads. Main factors which influence the effective flange width of p.c. are analysed.
