The intensive growing of the Chinese economy has imposed higher requirement for long span building construction not only for mediating the long span structure research and theoretical development problems but also to solve the important problems of the organization and design. Especially with the development of scientific technology and production forces, followed by the increasing of new techniques and technologies, the different choice of the construction schemes will directly influence on the rate of construction progress, quality, cost and so forth. Therefore, the concern on how could scientifically select the efficient and rational construction scheme, which minimize the labor consumption with maximum profit, has clearly attracted the attention of the profession of the construction field.Based on the system Engineering theory, and through detailed analysis of economic techniques of the engineering work plan examples of the common used long span steel truss structures, utilizing the sequenced layer analysis, the current paper will establish the Long Span Engineering work plan index system. Also by the Fuzzy Mathematical principles, it builds multi-layer Fuzzy Complex Mathematics judgment and calculate the weight coefficient of each index by application of Fuzzy power duality method; and based upon the experts investigation method builds each index judgment matrix. Finally applying the current popular update system tool - Power Builder 8.0 developed the "Optimization System of (Construction) Fuzzy Work Plan" to solve and carry out the multi-layered Fuzzy combination judgment; then step on the analysis and research on the reliability of the optimal solution for further achievement of the final objective of the Fuzzy optimization in selecting the construction work plan of long-span steel truss realization. Actual Engineering analysis have shown that these mathematical modeling using the pure mathematic theory possesses a characterized strong, scientific, and suitable multiplicity and applicability in consideration with the quantitative and qualitative index because of its simplicity calculation and results which match the real engineering domain. In the development of this paper the author has conducted the diverse computation models and for each mathematical modeling of optimal solution preceded on the reliability analysis, which make the model the wide efficiency and worth in the construction work plans. In the same time, the result of this research paper haveprovided the effective tools for long span steel truss construction optimization, improvement of it construction quality, speed up the construction progress, and the minimization of the project expenditure have an important real significance.Furthermore, in relation to the actual engineering domain the implementation of tender documents of the construction projects, the fuzzy optimization software system of the construction scheme designed in this article is widely valued for its focused orientation and adaptation in facilitating the bidding evaluation committee to the overall analysis of the tendering documents.
