Relevant Technology Study On Long-span Steel Truss Structure Of Jinan Railway Station

Steel Tube Structure has been widely applied to modern architecture, especially to long-span architecture, due to its various advantages, such as high loading resistance, brief and smooth shape, simple node form, simple construction and economical, etc. Intersecting joint has become the major one in steel tube structure, for its advantages in load-carrying capacity, steel-saving, simple construction, legerity, elegance and so on. In Platform Awning of Jinan Railway Station Restructure project in 2005, steel truss structure with intersecting joint was used in roof structure of lobby and connecting building. This article investigates the operation practice in steel tube structure of the roof design and construction of Jinan Railway Station Restructure project, studies these topics as follows:select style of roof structure, account the overall structure has effect on the branch structure and inter-effect of the overall structure and the branch structure when analyzing the structure, experimentation and theoretic analysis of the steel tubular structure with intersecting joint, construction technology on long-span steel structure etc In this paper, on the basis of this project, theory study and design calculation are both applied, and analysis is used in different aspect, and thus the structural design can be optimized.In the complicated and difficult construction, emphasis needs to be put on difference of the construction and the structure working in fact and select feasible plan through pre-analyzing.It's also necessary to test implementation process. Applying this principle, this steel tube construction project is feasible and safe in operation. The technology can be applied in similar projects.
