Nowadays, Li-ion battery is widely used, and in practice is often used in packs. Pack-battery's quality is determined by the consistency of the independent battery's required to be measured and classified before its out of factory. In the past, this is often done artificially or by the small scale measure-classification system improved slightly, which are of low efficiency, many measure missed, and low precision. Hence, it can't satisfy with the measure and classification of large quantities of Li-ion. Thus it will affect Li-ion battery normal sale and safe usage. So we develop the Li-ion battery's automatic measure and classification system.This paper mainly discusses the design and implementation of Li-ion battery's measure and classification system, introduces the system structure, working principle and performance in detail, and particularly introduces the design of hardware, software and its measures suppressing interference. At the same time, in allusion to the limit of the method based on single characteristic classifying batteries, we bring forward one battery classification method based on Date-Fusions theory of Bayes Estimation. The completeness of this system development will contribute to save considerable time and man-power, improve the productivity, and greatly decrease the labour intensity of workers.This paper mainly consists of two parts, the design of measure system and the research of classification method.On the design of measure system, two main works are as follows.Firstly, the measure and development principles are briefly introduced.Secondly, this paper demonstrates the design of the various parts of the system, especially of the internal resistance measure equipment according to the practical condition and design demand.On the method of classification, the main works are follows.Firstly, the fundamental conception and method of Date-Fusion are introduced.Secondly, fusion result is induced by the Bayes method according to the practical condition.Thirdly, we apply the fusion result to the battery's classification.
