An example that the control process of hydraulic servo system is simulated in MATLAB is presented in this paper and a set of best and lest control rules are found via comparison of the simulated results that used different fuzzy rules. The most well known method for controlling welter of adaptive system is model reference fuzzy adaptive control(MRFAC) because it can be used in many situations stemming from its easier system and faster adaptive speediness. However, MRACS is shown to have a satisfactory performance for less than three-order systems up to now. Generally MRACS calls for high speediness however high-order systems' adaptive algorithm is very fussy and require a considerable amount of CPU time for effective compensation, hi the case, how to improve the performance of high-order hydraulic MRFAC systems is focused on. Fuzzy controller is gradually taking the place of adaptive setup because its important characteristic that its applicability to systems with model uncertainty or even to unknown model systems. Fuzzy control algorithm is made of many control rules that deduced from experts' experiences different from the traditional adaptive control algorithm and the rapidness of the whole system is heavly affected if the amount of the control rules is too much. Fuzzy inference system(FIS) module, control system module and SIMULINK module are used in the simulation of MRFAC system and a set of lest and best control rules are found by "error trial". It proves that high precision control is realized and the hydraulic MRFAC system can achieve dynamic and static performance in this paper.
