Synchronous valve is a type of components that have simple structure, reliable capability and low price in hydraulic synchronous control system. For its connatural limitation, the synchronous precision is not high, its use is limited, so that the problem of high synchronous precision is not solved.Firstly, this thesis makes a research of a new type of digital valve in theories. The digital valve with stepping working mode, has advantages of digital control. It receives the digital signal to achieve the feedback control so it is applied to feedback control system. And it has novel structure, excellent anti-jamming capability, flexible and reliable control performance.Secondly, it is introduced that the new-typed digital valve is applied to the double-cylindered synchronous system. The operating principle is analyzed. Then, a mathematical model for this valve is established on this base. A linearized simulating model is set up with modern control theory and the digital simulation of the dynamic process is carried on by MATLAB. The results of the digital simulation are drawn in time process diagram of curves and the qualitative analysis is made.Lastly, the selection of stepping motor for digital valve is discussed, and the designation of hardware and software of synchronous controlling system is introduced.The developments of this digital synchronous valve and the application to hydraulic synchronous system can be founded on these results. And it is ready for the perfection of the digital valve.
