In this paper the turbine blade is described by the method of CSG and B_rep mixed. Each part of turbine blade has been divided into the meshes with the parameter mapping method. Then the process of integrating the sub-block into a whole object is completed with the method of integer coordinate. The FEM data structure has been designed in this paper, which is convenient to process the data. Taking the ARX into the course of pre-processor shortens the time expensed on constructing the 3D finite element method mesh-model of turbine blade. The part of mesh-model can be edited by the function of CAD. The post-processor of turbine blade is developed in this paper on the tool of OpenGL. The method of boundary finds the sort of discrete points. The software can show the surface and section's graph of contour and color contour, the static and dynamic graph of displacement, and so on.
