Study On Plasma Arc Spraying Equipment Controlled By Programmable Controller

This paper mainly introduced the development of plasma arc spraying automatic controlling system by taking the programmable controller as the part, optimized and designed the controlling principle picture of plasma arc spraying, designed and manufactured the automatic controlling system of plasma arc spraying, worked out the ing oiling program needed by plasma arc spraying, and initially determined the gun structure.In order to meet the request for power, four same types of silicon rectified direct current powers were used after series-parallel connection. The programmable controller controlled the whole process of plasma arc spraying, and the reliability and automatic level were raised. The programmable controller used by the system was manufactured by the Semen's Company in German, and it's input and output were determined according to the request for plasma arc spraying technological process.The silicon controlled trigger and it s auxiliary circuit could regulate simultaneously the controlling coil current of four series-parallel connected powers, so the purpose of making four powers output in step with was achieved, and the process of increasing progressively current after lighting arc and weakening current after going out arc was realized. The four same types of powers were series-parallel connected to used, they worked stably, and their power meat the request for plasma arc spraying.The gun structure mainly considered the designs of waterway and gas way and the fixed and regulated style of electrode, it's main content was to determined the technical measure and inexpensive geometric figure of strengthen conductivity.
