Based on the research of the prevent and study of slope disaster in the Beijing-Zhuhai highway, this thesis develops the research of the calculation methods of landslide-thrust, anti-slide pile with prestressed anchor-cable and prestressed anchor-cable beam-on-foundation. In order to modify the disadvantage of the existing method for computing the landslide-thrust that is not applicable for larger scope, five types of the slip surfaces have been given with the computation formula of landslide-thrust respectively. With regard to the prestressed anchor-cable anti-slide pile, a reasonable calculation method of the prestress of the cable is given. Slope pressure on the beam-on-foundation can be calculated by Winkler foundation hypothesis or infinite half elastic foundation hypothesis on the pulling anchor-cable step and by Coulomb active earth pressure theory approximately on the long term working step. In addition, calculation methods of internal force of prestressed anchor-cable beam-on-foundation are provided. It is mainly shown that internal force of prestressed anchor-cable beam-on-foundation should be respectively calculated on the pulling anchor-cable step and long term working step. The worst combination of internal force on the two different steps is the basis of design for the beam-on-foundation. On the pulling anchor-cable step, the internal force of beam-on-foundation can be calculated by Winkler hypothesis in the case of weak rock mass and infinite half elastic foundation hypothesis in the case of stratums that are of some elastic characteristics. On the long working step, internal force of beam-on-foundation can be calculated as inverse continuous beam on cutting slope surface operated by slope pressure with linear distribution. The engineering instance have been calculated, at the same time, the inner geology mechanical model test has been carried out, and the comparison of the results has shown that the conclusions are rationality and accuracy.
