The thesis has carried out comparatively systemic research on the optimization operation for the raw water system of the ChangChun water supply system that is composed of the ShiTouKouMen resevior,XinLiCheng reservoir and Song Hua River.Using the method which is adopted to optimize the two reservoirs' operation by using the simulation models is on the basis of the order of series s alternative enumerated .The optimization is carried up for the raw water system of ChangChun water supply system of the alternative group which is formed by restrained in certain order according to different index with the hope of no optimum alternative is omitted.A conclusion can be obtained from the ChangChun city water supply system's long-term projection and the current water supply situation. The water supply ability of the ChangChun city is always larger than the reality water demand levels and in a long time in the future. The difference existing for a long time and it only means reducing the pumping water amount for the water supply from Song Hua River. But for the reservoir water-supply system, the reservoir whose OAM cost is low and flow into the reservoir is more may be selected to be taken advantage of the storage capacity of this kind of increase to regulate some water yield more and in order to substituting the water supply of the other water supply projects whose OAM cost is comparatively higher, So that to achieve the goal of the OAM saved, that is to say, that can utilize this regulation capacity increased of the reservoir to optimize operation between the raw water systems so that to save the OAM of the system .Namely, It can Obtain a certain economic benefits to utilize this kind of difference between water supply ability and reality water-using levels existing for a long time . A certain Long-term economic benefits can be obtained by a long-term optimization operation carried on through a lot of water demand levels.The main content of the thesis:1 .Basic data, brief analysis, the structure of the raw water system, the characteristics of the reservoir and hydrology historic data etc.2. Present the mathematics model and the brief introduction to the simulation model according to this systematic characteristic.3.The serial alternative that is formed on the basis of the serial alternative enumerated4. Analysis of the alternative and optimum selection.5.The figure of operating polices of the optimum alternative, the table of operating polices of the optimum alternative and water supply hydrograph of two water demand levels.At the end of this thesis, the summary to the achievements made of the thesis have been done briefly, and put forward the research direction in the future for the system.
