It is an impotent part that plans and selects the place for sand &stone in the planning and the construction order of hydraulics and electric power project on base of concrete dam.. Material field choose and receive many kinds of restriction of terms is influence factor a lot of. Confirm a good material mining plan once, often need to carry on a large amount of planning design work. Because condition complicated, heavy, usually very much difficult to make the ideal result within shorter time work load have, Work for this planning and design and need one science fast choice material planning design method of field badly. This thesis is to analyze the project of ERTAN Hydropower Station in order to have an optimizing selection of the place for sand &stone by the means of systems analysis.This thesis will built a system to seek a best scheme about optimizing selection of the place for sand &stone by the means of analyzing and counting the basic data, building different mathematical modeling on base of man-made &machine-made stone ,using dug stone and different sources of crude stone and the mixture of several material.Result of study can use material field to get hydroelectric project than select work, It can seek more excellent scheme within the range of the wider one, give and appear exploiting amount, traffic volume and amountof material abandoned, Confirm and exploit and process broken main technological process , can get many kinds of economic indicator through simple analysis. Whether when some conditions change,method can giving and for calculation achievement that compare fast, Carry on many kinds of imagination comparison of scheme is thus easy to make resolution, benefit and give and publish the quantitative analysis suggestion to various kinds of restriction factors too. So sand building stones optimization of playground choose to be studied and have certain universal significance.
