In this paper, the author analyzed soil plugging effect and soil compaction effect of prestressed concrete pipe pile, soil plugging effect and time effect of pipe-drived pile, soil hunk effect residue effect and concrete's perfusion effect of bored pile. The author also analyzed these three piles' mechanics behavior.Based on theoretical analysis, this paper count and conclude 650 cases of static load test results of 125 projects located in Taizhou and statistic the vertical limit bearing capacity, frictional resistance and end bearing of these three piles. The statistics show that at the same conditions of soil, the prestressed concrete pipe pile's unit frictional resistance is the largest of all. The pipe-drived pile is the second, it is 0.83-0.93 times of the prestressed concrete pipe pile. The bored pile is the lowest of all three, it is only 0.77-0.87 times of the first. But on the hardpan or sands, pipe-drived pile has almost same or lower number compared with bored pile because of sand's liquefaction. At this condition, the prestressed concrete pipe pile's unit frictional resistance is still the largest, the pipe drived pile is the second and the bored pile is small. The research result is helpful to modify the recommend parameters of item 5.2.8 in JGJ94-94. The theory and statistics of the article is also providing more accurate parameters to the design of engineering.
